Internally at Porfile-Tools, we take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data in our offices and/or via our websites. For example, we use the necessary firewalls to secure external access and apply a strict password policy. We ensure that our employees and subcontractors only have access to the data they need to perform their duties, and that they treat this data securely and confidentially.
If you are one of our customers, we also store your contact and billing data. This data is necessary for the smooth running of the cooperation.
Retention period
It goes without saying that personal data must not be kept longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. The retention period may therefore vary in this respect, depending on the purpose.
